As a Personal Property Advisor you will workclosely with our field agents (estate agents) vendors and buyers toeffectively progress property sales through to completion. Yourprimary responsibility will be to manage and coordinate the salesprocess utilising your expertise in CRM systems and casemanagement. Success in this role will be measured by your abilityto effectively manage the sales pipeline and achieve completions inline with companytargets.
Responsibilities &Duties
* Collaborateclosely with field agents vendors and buyers to ensure efficientprogress of property sales from initial agreement tocompletion.
* Utilise CRM systems and casemanagement tools to manage and track the progress of each saleensuring all necessary documentation and information are obtainedand processed in a timely manner.
* Communicateregularly with vendors buyers and other stakeholders providingupdates on the status of the sale and addressing any concerns orissues.
* Coordinateproperty surveys valuations and inspections to facilitate the salesprocess.
* Ensure compliance with legal andregulatory obligations throughout the sales process.
* Proactively identify and address potential obstacles ordelays working to find solutions and maintain the momentum of thesale.
* Monitor and manage the sales pipelineensuring key milestones and deadlines are met.
* Collaborate with field agents and internal teams toresolve queries or discrepancies that may impact the progress ofthe sale.
* Maintainaccurate records of each sales progress documentation andcommunication in the CRM system.
* Continuouslyimprove and streamline the sales progression process to enhanceefficiency and customer satisfaction.
* Meet andexceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to pipelinemanagement and completions aligning with company targets andobjectives.
Skills andExperience Required
* Previous experience in a sales progression or similarrole within the estate agency industry.
* Strongunderstanding of CRM systems and case management tools with theability to effectively utilise these platforms for salesprogression.
* Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills enabling professional interactions withvendors buyers and other stakeholders.
* Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related toproperty sales.
* Exceptional organisational andtime management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks andmeet deadlines.
* Proactiveproblemsolving abilities to anticipate and address potentialobstacles in the sales process.
* Collaborativemindset and ability to work effectively with field agents andinternal teams.
