You’ll be responsible for delivering traditional, hearty country pub food for our guests, alongside an elevated menu for our larger events and functions. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook high-quality food for breakfast, dinner, and special events. Assist with the smooth running of the kitchen, working alongside a close-knit team. Ensure food hygiene and safety standards are always maintained. Work in a fast-paced environment, particularly during busy event days. Contribute to the development of new menus and creative dishes. About You: A commis chef looking for the next step in their career. Previous experience in a similar role or environment is desirable. Passionate about cooking and delivering outstanding food.
