Hi, I'm Nirosha, the Head of Marketing at HowNow. I’m looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join us.

If you are someone who is looking for variety in their day-to-day, as well as the chance to develop your skills across a wide range of channels, this marketing role will allow you to play a vital role in the growth of an ambitious marketing team.
One day you could be working with our CEO, Nelson, on our L&D podcast that attracts thousands of listeners a month. The next you could be writing excellent copy for our monthly customer newsletter, sharing everything there is to know about our amazing product features.
Alongside creative projects, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and upholding some of the key administration activities and processes that keep the marketing and other teams running effectively and efficiently.

Day-to-day tasks will include:
Events & Webinars
* Event Research & Outreach: Identify relevant events and arrange meetings with organisers.
* Logistics: Manage event swag, shipping, and setup; coordinate with sales on schedules.
* Pre-Event & Onsite Support: Drive registrations, handle booth setup, capture leads, and assist on-site.
* Post-Event Reporting: Collect feedback and create engagement reports.
Content & Social Media
* Content Posting: Schedule social media posts, manage newsletters, YouTube uploads, and website updates.
* Design & Copy: Create visuals with Canva and draft social/ad copy.
General Marketing Support
* System Management: Set up newsletters, update HubSpot, test workflows, and manage website content.
* Quality Assurance: Test forms and workflows for smooth functionality.
* Competitive Analysis: Track competitor events and awards for insights.
* Team Support: Coordinate meetings, track tasks, and assist with ad-hoc needs.
The key things that we will be looking for in applicants:
* You will have 2-3 years of marketing experience
* You will have experience working in SaaS
* You will have experience with events, webinars, content, and social media, including LinkedIn
* You will have experience with a marketing automation platform, such as HubSpot
* You will have strong copywriting and design skills
* You will have strong project management experience
* You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* You will have the hunger to learn and a desire to improve
