We are seeking anexperienced and dynamic Sales Managerto join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong backgroundin managing sales teams, with at least 2+ years ofexperience in a leadership role. You will be ahands-on player-manager, leading by example while driving theperformance of the team.

KeyResponsibilities:
* Lead, manage, and motivate a high-performing sales teamto achieve and exceed targets.
* Act as aplayer-manager, actively participating in sales activities whileoverseeing team performance.
* Develop andimplement effective sales strategies and processes to drivebusiness growth.
* Conduct regular performancereviews, providing coaching and mentorship to teammembers.
* Build and maintain strongrelationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customersatisfaction.
* Analyse market trends andcustomer needs to identify new business opportunities.
* Ensure sales team compliance with company policies,procedures, and industry regulations.
KeyRequirements:
* Demonstrated success as a Sales Manager, with a strongtrack record of overseeing and guiding Business DevelopmentManagers to achieve outstanding results.
* Atleast 2 consecutive years of stable employment within the samecompany and industry
* Strong background in theprofessional services industry, specifically in finance, banking,or insurance.
* Demonstrated ability to manage,motivate, and lead a successful sales team.
* Aplayer-manager approach with a hands-on approach to drivingsales initiatives - candidates should demonstrate a proven trackrecord of meeting or exceeding sales targets while successfullymanaging and leading a sales team to achieve collectivesuccess
* Excellent communication, negotiation,and interpersonal skills.
* A track record ofachieving and exceeding sales targets.
* Abilityto work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
