Service Advisor / CSA, Sheffield, Maternity Leave up to 12 months
42.5 hours per week, Salary starting at £25,351 per annum plus bonus and great company benefits
This is an exciting opportunity to join our amazing team as a Customer Service Advisor in the UK’s leading Accident and Collision Repair specialists in our Sheffield branch. Sheffield has a great family feel to it, with an established team of 11 colleagues including 5 technicians, within close proximity of Meadowhall Centre.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you are the face of our Bodyshop. Working on reception, you are responsible for booking customer cars in for repair/attention. An important aspect of the role is to prepare job cards and files as necessary, all the while maintaining an efficient and effective system. You will also need to be able to provide vehicle progress reports when requested by the customer. You will arrange and allocate courtesy cars for customers and, on completion of the job, collect payment, paying particular attention to banking/security arrangements and the payment of excesses on certain insurance policies. Ideally, you will come from a similar background, with customer-facing and strong IT/administration skills.
Our Bodyshop in Sheffield is fast-paced and exciting with lots of opportunity to make an incredible difference. The most important part of your job is to ensure complete customer satisfaction. It’s your job to liaise between the customer, the Bodyshop, and any 3rd parties to ensure each and every customer has a first-class service.
