To plan, organize, direct and control all operations within the service area of the Ramp or mid to large volume facility/Station in a way that provides maximum service to customers while maintaining a safe, secure and cost effective operation. Responsible for all budgetary, people development and operational objectives for the Station and Ramp operations. Responsible for the overall safety, security, quality, performance and customer experience of Station and Ramp operations.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
1. Bachelor’s Degree (B.A) or equivalent.
2. Six (6) years Business experience including, three (3) years in direct management of employees, their performance and operational leadership.
3. The three (3) years direct management of employees and their performance must be within the past six (6) years.
4. Must possess a valid G license & have a good driving record.
