Job Role – Technical Documentation Administrator Reporting to the QA Manager the Technical Support Administrator hall provide support in the creation / update of technical information to include assembly work instructions and manufacturing supporting documentation. Duties – Technical Documentation Administrator Develop comprehensive technical documentation that meets the business standards Gain an understanding of products, and translate complex information into simple, polished, engaging content Write user-friendly content that meets the needs of target audience Develop and maintain detailed database of reference materials, including research, usability tests, and design specifications Evaluate current content and develop innovative methods for improvement Gather information from subject-matter experts and develop. Organise, and write procedure manuals, technical specifications, and process documentation. Experience/Qualifications – Technical Documentation Administrator Experience working within a manufacturing environment Experience creating and writing technical documents Candidates who are currently a Project Support Assistant, Production Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, Process Engineer, Technician Administrator, Technical Writer and Assistant Project Manager could be suitable for this role.
