My Client is seeking an experienced Dynamics CRM IT Support Engineer to join a team of experienced Support Engineers, working on both internal and external projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and resolve IT incidents, problems, and service requests.
2. Provide 2nd/3rd line support for key systems (CRM, SharePoint, SQL, ERP).
3. Monitor and improve IT services.
4. Support users and maintain documentation.
5. Ensure compliance with GxP requirements.
6. 2-3 years as an IT Service Analyst.
7. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM & Power BI.
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
