Salary: £400-£500 a week, depending on experience

Job Description:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will provide support to teachers in delivering high-quality lessons and ensuring students are fully engaged in their learning. You will assist in both classroom and small-group settings, helping students with a range of abilities and needs. This role offers the chance to be part of a supportive team and gain valuable experience within the education sector.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the delivery of lessons across various subjects.
* Provide one-to-one or small group support for students who require additional help.
* Support students in their academic and personal development, both in and outside of the classroom.
* Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
* Provide feedback to teachers regarding student progress and behaviour.
* Assist with classroom organisation and the preparation of teaching resources.
* Help with the monitoring and assessment of students’ work.
* Support students with special educational needs (SEN) or other additional learning needs.
* Encourage students to develop positive attitudes towards learning and school life.
Key Requirements:
* A genuine passion for supporting students in their education.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Previous experience working with young people (desirable but not essential).
* A commitment to promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion within the school.
* Have a fully enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for one.
* Provide at least two professional employment references.
