Job Description
An opportunity has arisen in a fast-moving team for a seasoned improvement practitioner working in the Procurement and Supply Chain environment. Leading approved functional improvements in processes, tools & methodologies, which enhance overall efficiency.
The opportunity:
1. Support the UK Procurement and Supply Chain identification, development, and implementation of functional improvement and transformation activities.
2. Project Manage tools improvement activities in support of Procurement and Supply Chain activities.
3. Create, publish and support the implementation of new policies and processes through training and communication to the Procurement and Supply Chain teams.
4. Provide ongoing functional support regarding the improvement / implementation of processes and tools.
5. For the following projects specifically, work with internal customers and manage solution suppliers to implement, improve and deliver the Procurement & Supply Chain Domain strategy:
* Procurement & Supply Chain resilience assessment process.
* Analysis of data sets and sources for resilience.
* Project tracking and reporting.
6. Analyse best general practices from industrial benchmarking of other relevant companies.
