The Role
We’re looking for a passionate Waste Communications Officer to join the shared waste team for North and East Herts Council. This is a rewarding opportunity for a motivated professional with experience of dealing with schools and using social media to implement a dynamic waste and recycling communications plan. Using your passion and enthusiasm for recycling, you’ll be creating and delivering information to the public and our stakeholders. You’ll be developing relationships with partners and local groups including Hertfordshire Waste Awareness partnership.
This is a fantastic opportunity to inspire change and influence people of ages and walks of life.
The Experience you will bring
We are looking for someone with experience of writing and presenting interesting and engaging content to a variety of audiences including in person, print and social media, with an ability to demonstrate the impact made.
