Job Function The Hygiene Minder will ensure that targets are met and regularly challenged and improved on. Delivering high standards of quality, ensuring product produced is to customer specification in line with critical control points, GMP and H&S requirements. Paying special regard to Quality, cost control, yield and utilizations Health, Safety and ethics Traceability Product integrity Labelling and Company, personal and food hygiene rules and legislation In chill production line area, conducting cleaning and hygiene operations, to deadlines, whilst complying at all times with company operating requirements Main Responsibilities Complete required hygiene activities meeting company standards to planned volume and schedule ensure strict adherence to quality, food safety, hygiene, ethical, product labelling and allergen handling processes support necessary line efficiency through consistent and correct schedule adherence and hygiene practices ensure strict adherence to the cleaning factory schedule to meet the requirements for machinery on site ensure to escalate problems to the Hygiene Supervisor, Manager and Engineering department with aim to resolve issues prior to production start up ensure machine setting/minding duties completed to the required standards while monitoring the integrity of machines keep and maintain hygiene minder appropriate records as required ensure all familiarity and compliance with company policies and procedures, standards of operation and safe operation procedures ensure consistent and timely attendance at work provide flexibility to meet company operating requirements deliver proper use of chemicals, adherence to food and personal safe working practices at all times ensure audit readiness support best team performance, efficiency, service levels, customer complaints and employee engagement to ensure all ABP products are sourced and manufactured to the food safety and brand integrity requirements defined by our customers requirements and BRC standards.
