Primary SEN Teaching Assistant

About the Role:
GSL Education is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant Primary schools in Lincoln. As an integral part of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing personalized support to students with a range of special educational needs.
Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students with special educational needs.
* Create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and supported
* Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans.
* Monitor student progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
* Foster positive relationships with students to promote their social, emotional, and academic development.
The successful candidate will:
* Experience working with children with special educational needs, preferably in a primary setting.
* Relevant experience working with children with SEN is desirable but not essential; enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are key.
* Strong understanding of SEN teaching strategies and best practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
