Job Summary
The transportation, logistics, and trailer industry are undergoing a transformation. This is a unique opportunity to become a part of a brand-new TIP Group venture where you’ll be shaping solutions with the shared goal of electrification and digitization of logistics fleets and workshops across Europe.
In this role, you will be the fleet operator champion, driving sales and building successful partnerships with essential partners across Europe to effectively grow this new venture. You’ll be a part of an enterprising and newly built team with both corporate and startup backgrounds.

Essential Functions / Responsibilities
1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with fleet operators and managers across Europe, recognizing them as valued partners in our ecosystem.
2. Build and manage a recurring pipeline of Sales Qualified leads and actively seek out profitable business opportunities.
3. Clearly articulate the value proposition of our solution, e.g., through digital demos.
4. Work together with our Customer Success Specialist and Product Marketing Manager, and tailor sales strategies to support growth.
5. Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new fleet partners, providing comprehensive training and ongoing support.
6. Develop an industry network to generate organic leads and create long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.
7. Stay up to date on trends and challenges within the industry, using that knowledge to enhance sales strategies.
8. Monitor and report on key performance indicators such as sales quotas, customer acquisition, and retention rates.

Qualifications/Requirements
1. Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the transportation, logistics, or fleet management sector.
2. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively connect with fleet operators and managers.
3. Experience selling SaaS solutions and demonstrating their value proposition to potential customers.
4. Strong existing network in the logistics/transport industry.
5. Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken. Mandatory. Any other European language is a distinct advantage.
6. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce or Hubspot) and other sales tools.
7. Team player, able to work and communicate closely with peers in cross-functional and international teams to reach common goals.
8. Willingness to travel to stakeholders across the Netherlands.
9. Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
