On offer: Competitive salary package ️ 32 days of annual leave Enhanced Company Pension scheme Career development opportunities The role: As Supply & Logistics Coordinator you will be a key member of the Customer Services and Supply Chain teams. You will work closely with customers, and internal stakeholders, provide business KPIs, and support multiple projects. If you have experience working in a similar environment and have export/import, that will be an advantage but this is not essential. Key accountabilities; Processing documentation and ensuring it is complete to meet order dispatches Communicating with customers, suppliers, and haulers to ensure orders meet import/export requirements Work cross-functionally to ensure all customer orders are processed, reported on, and fulfilled up until delivery. Manage the journey of the customer order including ensuring all data is input correctly and accurately on company systems, dealing with complaints, delivery queries, and information requests. Management of the forecasting for customers and ensuring it's recorded accurately. Candidate experience: A minimum of 2 years working in a similar role with manufacturing and import/export experience being advantageous Proficient with Microsoft applications including Word, Excel & Outlook.
