Brilliant opportunity to work as a Vehicle Technician for our client, Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, at their pristine automotive manufacturing plant in Westhampnett, West Sussex.
The rate of pay is £ - £ per hour.
Overtime premiums are available.
This is a full-time role working rotating shifts. The hours of work are:
1. 6am to 2:30pm
2. 3:20pm to 11:50pm
When working on the rotating shift pattern, a 10% shift premium will be applied.
Previous experience within the automotive sector is essential. Candidates must submit a CV to k to be considered for the role. Candidates who do not submit a CV will not be considered.
Your Time at Work
As a Vehicle Technician, your duties will include:
1. Carrying out unique and complex processes to the correct quality standards.
2. Working on high-end production vehicles.
3. Electrical diagnosis.
4. Mechanical removal and replacement of parts.
5. Removing, replacing, and adjusting interior and external trims.
6. Training associates.
7. Problem-solving and root cause analysis.
8. Working well within a small team.
9. Keeping the immediate work area clean and tidy.
10. Following daily tool maintenance routines.
11. Meeting daily volume targets and quality standards.
Our Perfect Worker
Our perfect Vehicle Technician will have experience:
1. Working on high-end production vehicles (essential).
2. Basic electronic diagnosis and repairs (essential).
3. Basic mechanical repairs (essential).
4. Requires a high level of detail to ensure Rolls-Royce standards are achieved.
5. Confidence in working with different materials.
6. High level of dexterity with excellent hand-eye coordination.
7. Patience and the ability to concentrate on one task for several hours at a time.
8. An eye for detail.
9. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
10. Experience within a fast-paced environment.
