Property & Estates Manager required for a short-term interim role (2-3 months) with a regional Council.
Responsibilities include:
1. Leading and managing all aspects of the Property and Estates Service.
2. Managing the maintenance of all commercial, operational, civic, and leisure property assets.
3. Overseeing capital projects.
4. Financial management.
5. Leadership of a large team.
6. Maintaining a strong customer focus.
Qualifications:
1. Experience in the public sector would be an advantage.
2. RICS membership.
3. 5 years of experience in a similar role.
