Job Description
The Job Mission
You will play a vital role in delivering the civil scope of Sizewell C nuclear power station. Your work will support project success, ensuring adherence to the highest safety and regulatory standards. This hybrid role combines three office days (London or Bristol) with two remote working days.
⚡️ Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and refine technical specifications for the civil scope.
* Support the creation and negotiation of contract packages.
* Oversee contractor deliverables and ensure compliance with design standards.
* Lead technical and project meetings with contractors.
* Address multi-disciplinary technical issues, Open Points (OP), and design changes.
* Coordinate with technical specialists for deliverable reviews and issue resolution.
* Approve contract amendments and exemptions.
* Ensure seamless integration with interfacing systems, liaising with RD and client teams.
Qualifications
Required Skills and
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
* Proven ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
* Fluency in English (French is a plus).
* Extensive experience managing multi-discipline EPCM projects.
✔️ Desired Skills
* ✔️ Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation, including CDM and Nuclear Site License regulations.
* ✔️ Experience within the UK nuclear sector.
* ✔️ Familiarity with nuclear processing regulations.
* ✔️ Experience managing technical supply contracts.
