We are now looking to add to our team with a Cashier who will be handling our Yorkshire Building Society customers, working within our office in Ryde.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who is methodical, confident, and great with customers, regardless of the complexity of their queries. You will be taking calls daily, so it’s important that you are calm, receptive to information, and show a good understanding of the service we provide at Ward House.
As part of our agency for Yorkshire Building Society, the customer consultant element of your role will include cashiering duties (withdrawals and deposits) as well as opening savings accounts and all banking and accounting tasks. This part requires excellent attention to detail.
Previous experience within a similar position or environment is essential.
This role will require flexibility with your working days and hours, as you may be asked to provide additional holiday and sickness cover from time to time.
