We're delighted to be recruiting for an experienced Production Administrator to join our clients busy team based in the Brownhills area.
The successful Production Administrator will play a key role in supporting customers and internal production processes.
Our client is a well established manufacturer, providing high quality products worldwide.
Responsibilities include:
* Importing schedules and using the ERP system to generate orders
* Managing day to day customer interactions and handling enquiries
* Coordinating transport/logistics bookings through numerous portals
* Analysing data and inputting information accurately to meet customer needs and enquiries
Experience/Skills required:
* Previous experience within a similar role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* A proactive and customer centric mindset
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise efficiently
Working hours:
* Monday to Thursday 07:30-16:30
* Friday 07:30-12:30
