About the Role
Main Developer clients are after a Senior Technical Coordinator to join their UK Construction Team.
You will be someone with at least 4-5 years experience in the industry, and experience as a Technical Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have experience with RC frames and high rise residential projects.
Responsibilities:
Will be responsible for the technical role on various sized projects, and sometimes multiple projects at the same time.
Quality management
Assist and report to the Technical Manager on project
Produce design reports to help monitor progress
Take part in site meetings, and chair design meetings
Promote and maintain professional relations with the client, consultants, adjoining owners, residents, subcontractors, and representatives from statutory authorities
Ability to prioritize, negotiate, motivate, and communicate in order to ensure that the required objectives are met
Review and critique drawing information continuously throughout the project
Qualifications And Skills:
Relevant Degree or diploma in industry related field, or working towards a degree.
Must have experience working for developers, ideally high rise residential mixed use schemes
Experience of assisting with coordinating and managing the design team
Enthusiastic about construction, and driven are key attributes
