Office and Logistics Manager
Up to £29k pa - Full time
You will work Monday to Friday. Normal working hours are 8.30am to 5pm.
YO26 Car owner essential due to the office location.

The Role
This is a very interesting and varied role which will include the following duties:
1. Overseeing all the back-office operations including processing customer orders received through our showrooms and online through to delivery of the goods.
2. Managing a small team.
3. Involvement in stock control and purchasing, liaising closely with the Warehouse Manager.
4. Processing customer orders.
5. Liaising with customers to book their deliveries and planning a schedule of deliveries.
6. Answering the phone and handling customer enquiries/complaints.
7. Overseeing the management of utility contracts for the business.
8. Leading on the ordering of materials needed for the warehouse and office.
9. Other office admin duties.
You will be:
1. Able to work well as part of the team and on your own.
2. Experienced in managing others and managing a busy office environment.
3. Experienced in planning and organising truck deliveries and using external delivery partners.
4. IT literate with experience of using Microsoft products such as Word/Excel.
5. Able to communicate effectively at all levels in writing, face to face and by phone with a helpful and confident manner.
6. Self-motivated and have the ability to manage your own time effectively. A flexible approach and be able to balance different aspects of this role.
7. Organised & proactive in finding new ways to support the business to run efficiently.
