Job Overview:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Regional Operations Director to join our operations team. You will be responsible for our portfolio of luxury Sanders Senior Living Homes covering Essex, Leicestershire and Birmingham. You will be expected to manage, develop, inspire and support the home managers to ensure the homes achieve full compliance with all regulatory bodies and provide a high quality of service to our residents.
Experience / Qualification:
1. Practical experience of working in a regional role.
2. Have a valid, clean driving license and own transport which can be used for business purposes; business mileage will be paid.
3. Hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care Services (Adult Residential Management) Wales and Northern Ireland.
4. Have detailed knowledge of legislation applying to the care sector.

Salary: £80,000 plus £5,000 car allowance per annum.
