Workchain is currently recruiting for an experienced HGV Class 1 Driver to join our client in Peterborough on a temporary basis. Key Responsibilities:- Safely operate an HGV Class 1 vehicle in compliance with all traffic laws and regulations- Transport goods and materials to various locations efficiently and on time- Complete vehicle inspections and ensure maintenance checks are carried out regularly- Keep accurate records of deliveries and pickups- Communicate effectively with the transport team to coordinate schedules and routesQualifications:- Valid HGV Class 1 license- CPC qualification- Digital Tachograph card- Minimum of 1 year experience driving HGV Class 1 vehiclesThis position offers a competitive pay rate of £16 to £17 per hour.To apply for this position, please visit our website at workchain.co.uk and complete the online application form.
