Your new role
Reporting to the site's Managing Director and the Group's Finance Director, you'll be working within a team of 3 finance staff. This is a project accountant job to initially review and then implement improvements to the business's financial processes and controls. Using the Sage finance software, this will cover AP, AR, treasury, Payroll, management accounts and reporting. You'll improve the flow and quality of data within the business, enabling enhanced and accurate monthly reporting to Group. You'll also support other projects within the site.
What you'll need to succeed
1. Broad accounting experience gained from previously working within SME businesses.
2. Availability to start in March 2025.
What you'll get in return
Initial 6 month FTC or day rate equivalent. Hybrid working, 3 days per week in the office. Potential for an extension.
