Key Responsibilities:

4. Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes for the individuals in your care.
5. Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience in a care/support worker role is desirable, but not essential.
2. A caring, empathetic nature with a desire to help others.
3. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
