Role: HR Service Manager (Engagement)

Location: Liverpool or Norwich
Salary: Up to £46,293 per annum
Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting for an experienced HR Service Manager join our public sector client on a 12-month fixed term contract. This role is offered on a hybrid basis with 2 days a week onsite in either Liverpool or Norwich.
The ideal candidate will support the ongoing development and implementation of the inclusion and diversity strategy, working closely in collaboration with the organisation’s colleagues. The HR Service Manager will be supporting the delivery of the HR strategy and the implementation of strategic initiatives across a broad rand of HR Functional areas.
The duties of the HR Service Manager include:
1. Engaging with stakeholder of all levels to generate commitment to the inclusion and diversity goals, providing comprehensive advice and consultancy on specific inclusion and diversity issues
2. Collaborating with colleagues across multiple directorates to develop, review and implement the organisation’s inclusion and diversity strategy plans
