Role: Learning and Development Coordinator
Location: Southampton Hybrid (3 days a week in the office)

AVASK Accounting & Business Consultants are a rapidly expanding international firm that specialise in VAT, tax and accounting for e-commerce businesses. AVASK assists hundreds of Amazon FBA sellers as well as entrepreneurs across eBay, Shopify, and many other platforms, providing clients with a comprehensive range of expertise - from practical guidance on cross-border transactions to ensuring they are fully compliant.
AVASK are now looking to recruit a Learning and Development Coordinator as part of the wider HR team, to facilitate the Group L&D schedule alongside the creation and maintenance of training materials and employee records, working in our Southampton based Head Office.
Learning and Development Coordinator, the role:
* Conduct job analysis, appraisal schemes, and work with stakeholders to determine training requirements.
* Develop and implement training programs tailored to the business needs.
* Track and assess training uptake and the effectiveness of training programs.
* Devise instructional materials, guides, and tutorials.
* Liaise with external training providers and feedback findings regarding course content and costings.
* Monitor and manage our Learning Management System and ensure training records are maintained.
* Support on projects across the wider HR team when required.
Learning and Development Coordinator, the person:
* Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role would be beneficial.
* CIPD Level 3 or equivalent working experience.
* Ability to present and facilitate training deliverables.
* Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Works well in a team as well as independently.
* Demonstrates a continuous improvement mindset.
* Ability to prioritise workload.
