Job Title - Plumber Head Office Location - Brindley Place, Birmingham B1 2JB Location - Oxford - Field Based Salary - £32,500 - £36,681 pa depending on skills and experience (plus Work Van) Contract type - Permanent Working hours - Full Time 39 hours per week About the role We are currently recruiting a Plumber on a full time permanent basis. Within the role, you will ensure heating systems within tenanted properties are repaired and maintained to a high standard. You will be responsible for carrying out repairs, improvements, reactive maintenance efficiently and economically in accordance with current working practices and all related health and safety legislation and good practice Please note that if you are successful in this role, we will require a DBS check to be completed. Further details will be sent following offer. About you An Unvented (G3) qualification would be beneficial for this role. You will be able to ensure the safe and proper use of all mechanical and non-mechanical plant and equipment under their direct control. You will need the following qualifications: City & Guilds, NVQ level 2 or similar, G3 Unvented hot water. You must have up to date with industry regulations and requirements. You need to have working knowledge on the operation of different types of showers (electrical mains & tank fed) plumbing systems and controls. You must comply with the Code of Conduct. You will need to be willing to undertake `out of trade` work as may be required from time to time.
