We are looking for ticketing Customer Service Assistants to join the team with our Fife based client.
These roles are fixed term, initially working Monday to Friday with a few weekend requirements during busy periods.
Responsibilities:
1. Answering first line queries
2. Providing world class customer service
3. Assisting with customer service and ticket operations
4. Supporting customers through their ticket purchase journey
5. Providing ticketing app support
6. Assisting with the fulfillment of non-digital ticket orders and ongoing ticketing projects
7. Providing Ad-Hoc administrative support as required
If you have an excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Outlook and Excel), some experience working in a customer service role, and experience of working with an events booking system, this may be the role for you.
