Personal Assistant to Chairman, Executive Assistant, Executive PA, C-Suite Assistant, Senior Executive Assistant, Project Management, Strategy
Fabulous opportunity with a high profile and well established Leisure/Tourism group for an experienced Execuitve Assistant with Project Management expertise alongside exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
The main remit is to support the Chair to achieve their key aims and strategic objectives to assist in the delivery of a wide range of projects collaborating with colleagues in the Private Household Office and wider business. A hybrid roles the main elements include high-level administration and communication tasks and then progressing the projects and researching future opportunities for the Chair. This role requires a person who is both operational and strategic in their thought process.
Core duties:
* Involvement in strategic planning and interacting with senior leaders, Trustees and Stakeholders across the business to progress the Chair’s priority objectives
* Collaborating with and influencing all levels of leadership in the organisation to ensure the Chair’s personal projects dovetail with the group’s Strategy and Business Plan and are progressed to completion
* Project management - Assist with special projects which directly involve the Chair, including research, data analysis, and reporting
* Helping the Chair to keep track of the impact of various projects and initiatives that he is personally involved in or sponsoring
* Gathering and analysing data and market trends to inform strategic decisions on current and future personal projects and opportunities, both internal and external
* Gathering and analysing data of existing Group projects/initiatives including reviewing and assessing progress against the Chairman’s Goals and making recommendations
* The drafting and preparation of reports/presentations for the Chair
* Facilitation of cross-departmental communication and large scale meetings/events
* Communicating internally and externally on behalf of the Chair including on Social Media, serving as the Chair’s primary point of contact for key strategic stakeholders (internal and external)
* High level admin support including streamlining and improving current processes
