Job Summary
Collection Unit is responsible for collecting the companysoverdue invoices of exemployees and nonemployees related to homeloans and other receivables including training cost medicalexpenses SRTP unpaid loans and salary adjustment. The Units mainresponsibility is to trace debtors after receipt of their invoicesfrom payroll and maintain updated records of all outstanding duesagainst retired resigned and terminated employees and nonemployeesand pursue the collections according to the overdue amount for eachdebtor.
ESCA Group main goal is to protect ThisCompanys revenues related to export of crude oil LPG and refinedproduct; by ensuring that all export sales are protected andfinancially covered for each particular customer either by line ofcredit letter of credit or cash advance prior to process thefinancial release. The Group is also responsible for ensuring thatall This Company projects contracts purchases services and localsales are financially protected by Parent Company Guarantee orappropriate Bank Guarantee; either by Performance Advance PaymentRetention Payment and Mobilization bank guarantees in accordancewith the type of the customers and contractors.
KeyResponsibilities:
* Consult and advise on: Finance Accounting FinancialReporting Compensation Finance Systems Accounting Policy andsystems IT and auditing.
* Solve complexproblems from changes in corporate policy accounting standards andlaws.
* Create efficient systems and proceduresin finance ensuring adherence to accounting principles.
* Supervise internal audits impacting keyfunctions.
* Assist This Company in interpretingfinance policy and implementing financial controlsystems.
* Work independently with minimalguidance.
* Determine processes and proceduresfor assignments with considerable freedom.
* Formulate innovative systems and procedures in financeadhering to accounting principles.
* Providesolutions and recommendations for complex financialmatters.
* Improve processes to preserve capitalensure liquidity and maximize returns.
* Helpset up money market investment instruments.
* Present liquidity outlook and investment proposals toTreasury Management.
Requirements:
* Willingness to relocate toDhahran Saudi Arabia.
* Hold aBachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related fieldfrom an accredited program. An MBA or other advanced businessdegree is preferred. Professional certifications such as CFA CPA orCFP are advantageous.
* Possess a minimum of 12years of Treasury experience including expertise in cashforecasting and cash management.
* Showcaseexperience in evaluating FinTech companies to automate Extend &Discount programs within supply chains.
* Exhibit a track record of successfully placingcompetitive shortterm cash investments.
* Previous operational experience within an Integrated OilCompany is beneficial.
* Capable of coachingstaff to enhance their analytical skills and project deliverycapabilities.
* Have advanced proficiency inExcel and exceptional presentation skills.
