Join a growing brigade of relief chefs across South Wales covering shifts from 6hrs a week to 70 hrs a week. Your role will be as Chef de Partie, Sous chef or Head Chef depending on experience. Experience in cook from fresh/ rosette/ Michelin would be useful.
The ideal candidate should have NVQ level 1/2/3, VRQ level 1 / 2, AAA Award, or foreign equivalent. Vast catering experience in one of the above fields is required. Transport would be useful.
Chefs will need to provide qualifications or employee references as proof of standard and ability. In line with the requirements of the Asylum and Immigration Act of 1996, all applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK. Documented evidence of eligibility will be required from candidates as part of the recruitment process.
£15.00-20.00 per hour, holiday pay and pension not affecting the standard pay rates. New permanent vacancies for Chef de Partie, Sous chef and head chefs are available.
