We are a well-established leader in our field, known for delivering outstanding, tailored safety solutions to our customers. As part of our ambitious growth plans, we’re seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive to expand our market presence (UK and International).
The Opportunity:
This is a remote sales role where you’ll have the autonomy to shape your territory, build relationships, and drive revenue by introducing our safety solutions to new and existing clients. If you’re a self-starter with a passion for sales and a knack for understanding customer needs, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
1. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to maximise revenue.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and proactive outreach.
3. Build strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and recommending tailored solutions.
4. Conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
5. Forecast sales activity and deliver consistent results.
6. Stay ahead of market trends to introduce new services/products and expand into untapped sectors.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Proven experience in field sales or business development (B2B preferred).
2. A natural persuader – you love closing deals and gaining customer commitment.
3. Independent, proactive, and able to think on your feet.
4. Strong commercial acumen with the drive to exceed targets.
5. Sales experience in the automotive sector (preferred but not essential).
