TECHNIA UK is looking for a Digital Campaigns Lead to join our team. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary. This is a Hybrid role based in Milton Keynes.

The Digital Campaigns Lead role:
As our Digital Campaigns Lead, you will be responsible for creating and executing campaigns to drive and improve awareness of TECHNIA and to generate high-quality leads. This role focuses on driving awareness, engagement, and lead conversions through digital channels and automation campaigns.
Key Responsibilities our Digital Campaigns Lead will undertake:
1. Develop and manage multi-channel demand generation campaigns (email, SEM, paid media etc.) to drive leads and nurture prospects.
2. Create customer-focused campaigns targeting specific industries or segments, addressing their challenges and needs with tailored messaging and content.
3. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, technical, and wider group) to align campaigns with business objectives and customer journeys.
Performance Tracking & Optimisation
1. Monitor and analyse campaign performance.
2. Leverage insights to refine future campaigns, ensuring continual improvement in engagement, lead quality, and conversion rates.
3. Manage budgets for campaigns, ensuring effective use of resources and ROI.
Paid Media and Social Media Campaign Management
1. Develop and execute targeted paid media campaigns, focusing on platforms like LinkedIn to amplify demand generation efforts.
2. Create and manage paid advertising campaigns, such as Sponsored Content, InMail, and Display Ads, ensuring they align with TECHNIA’s strategic objectives and deliver measurable ROI.
3. Monitor and optimise TECHNIA’s paid social media presence across platforms, maintaining consistent brand voice and messaging.
4. Analyse paid campaign performance metrics, such as impressions, click-through rates, and conversions, to refine strategies and maximise effectiveness.
5. Stay updated on paid media trends, tools, and best practices, particularly in LinkedIn advertising, to ensure campaigns remain innovative and competitive.
Who do we think would suit this role?
Experience, skills and knowledge we are looking for in our Digital Campaigns Lead:
1. Proven experience in demand generation, paid media campaigns, or B2B campaign management.
2. Strong project management skills to coordinate multiple campaigns and events simultaneously.
3. Experience using marketing automation platforms (ideally HubSpot), CRM tools (ideally Salesforce), and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Matomo etc.).
4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
5. Creative thinker who can design campaigns that resonate with prospects and customers.
