Position: Sales Manager
As Sales Manager, you will drive sales by maintaining existing accounts and creating new opportunities in the public, health, and education sectors.
Responsibilities:
* Sell library and educational furniture to public sector institutions.
* Engage in proactive sales activities with active and dormant local authority accounts.
* Respond to new sales leads and inquiries.
* Stay informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and competitors.
* Maintain sales pipeline and accurate sales forecasting.
* Conduct site visits and surveys.
* Identify and implement sales and marketing strategies to maximize opportunities.
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role.
* Proven face-to-face sales experience of at least 2 years.
* Experience of 2 years in the educational, commercial, or library furniture and interiors industry (preferable).
* Background of managing or working within a sales territory (desirable).
* Full UK driving licence.
* Availability of a company car.
