This role will be to support with the administration across the business, handling enquiries, monitoring feedback from clients and landlords, updating data to the system and general office day to day admin. Role requires strong admin skills with MS Office skills including Word & Excel, and would suit someone who is looking to get into a small team with growth opportunities. Duties will include: - responding to enquiries - updating adverts, - answering incoming enquiries - assisting with daily admin tasks,- helping with ad-hoc viewings - managing maintenance, works orders - invoice management and spreadsheets for spend - sourcing new contractors - general ad hoc support as required Excellent opportunity.
