Sports Development Officer/ Activity Lead Salary: £26,085 - £27,673 per annum Hours: 37 hours per week Location : Selby College Campus We are looking for a Sports Development Officer/ Activity Lead to join our team, where you will provide outstanding support to ensure that all our learners succeed and achieve their highest potential. This role will be 22.2 hours Sport Development Officer and 14.8 hours Activity Lead where you will increase participation across a variety of sports and activities to aid personal development of our students. As a Sports Development Officer/ Activity Lead, you should: Hold a sports degree or equivalent professional qualification Have GCSE grade A- C / 9 - 4 in English and Maths or Level 2 equivalent as a minimum Have a sports development background You should also be able to demonstrate: Good planning and organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills, including the ability to work with a wide range of people We are looking for enthusiastic professionals who can promote a culture of excellent behaviour, motivation and high learner performance.
