Bolton outskirts Job Overview Our client is looking for customer focussed support staff to work as part of a busy Customer service team, dedicated to providing excellent service to their clients Duties Handling a high volume of incoming calls Processing orders and taking details of work to be carried out Raising and inputting purchase orders Making follow up calls to customers to ensure they are satisfied with the service Updating customer records with any amended details To be successful you will be confident and professional on the phone and have good organisational skills. Previous helpdesk/customer service skills would be beneficial but not essential.
