We are recruiting for an Operations and Installation Manager for our client based in Milton Keynes.
Duties and responsibilities:
1. Develop repair and support strategy.
2. Manage Installation activities as well as service support.
3. Monitor and manage customer care, technical support, and engineers.
4. Oversee service level agreements and produce, analyse Management Information.
5. Set departmental targets/continuous improvement.
6. Work in partnership with Health & Safety Manager for site.
7. Project Management.
8. SAP & Power BI.
9. Look after a team of 14.
Some travel involved - Car allowance.
