The Role We're looking for an experienced Collections Team Leader to join our Collections department at Capital on Tap in Cardiff. The primary role of the team leads will be to drive performance and development for team members in a supportive, trusting, transparent and accountable environment. This role suits someone with a Collections background and has previous Team Leader/Management experience, and wishes to hone and further expand that skillset, elevating others and thriving off team success.
