The well-stocked bar is located on the left-hand side opposite the opulent original fireplace. The stylish décor creates a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere, with a traditional British gastro pub menu and televised sporting events enhancing the experience. The pub also features a high-ceilinged upstairs room designated for sports, adorned with TVs. Additionally, there are three elegantly decorated letting cottages at the rear, along with an enclosed courtyard for a pleasant outdoor experience.

Annual Rent: This is our lowest rent figure associated with a Full Tie. If the tie is reduced, the effective rent via Tie Release Fees will increase. Rent is billed and paid weekly in advance based on agreed payment terms.
Security Deposit: This sum will be held on your account and returned upon exiting the pub based on your final account balance and the property's condition.
