Were looking for a highly skilled EC&I Engineer to play a key role in the design and implementation of advanced electrical control systems. The Role As an EC&I Engineer, youll be at the forefront of engineering excellence, focusing on explosion protection (ATEX) and intrinsically safe circuits. Youll work in a multi-disciplinary environment, contributing to critical national infrastructure projects while mentoring junior engineers. Key Responsibilities Lead EC&I project design packages, ensuring high standards and compliance Deliver precise and efficient EC&I designs within budget and project timelines Develop risk assessments and method statements Collaborate with Mechanical, Software, and CAD teams to ensure seamless design integration Prepare documentation for Formal Safety Assessments and O&M manuals Requirements HND/Degree in Electrical, Controls Engineering, or related field 5 years experience in EC&I Engineering, including ATEX equipment and intrinsically safe circuits Proven experience in a structured design engineering environment Desirable Skills Experience designing EC&I systems for hazardous areas Previous work within the Oil & Gas industry Interested?
