You’ll sit right at the heart of this dynamic technology business and will be responsible for supporting the continuous successful delivery of business objectives. You will work directly with the C-suite and gain valuable business insights, alongside opportunities for professional growth. Key Responsibilities: Provide key support to the senior leadership team, ensuring they have everything they need to drive the business forward and deliver on strategic objectives. Provide project support across a variety of tasks, from business operations through to sales support. Collaborate on special projects, conducting research and data analysis to drive strategic decisions, whilst ensuring project deadlines are adhered to. Assist the leadership team in driving initiatives that enhance and promote a positive, high-performing company culture Completing and coordinating supplier forms and documentation, ensuring accurate submission of company information for onboarding and compliance purposes. Providing proactive support to the day-to-day operations of facilities management to ensure a well-maintained and efficient working environment. Continuously exercise discretion in handling sensitive information, and consistently ensure information is shared efficiently where appropriate. Key Skills & Experience: Proven experience in an Operational/Project Support role or as an Executive Assistant in an SME business. Experience with Salesforce would be advantageous. Excellent organisation skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, within a dynamic and fast-growing business. Naturally curious with a problem-solving attitude, who thrives on overcoming challenges. Proactive approach to work, and confident in taking initiative to ensure tasks are completed. Experience of working autonomously, and within a team. Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships at all levels.
