A worldwide global manufacturer is looking to add a Sales Estimator to their increasingly growing business. As a Sales Estimator, you will play a pivotal role in the preparation of technical quotations. Over the years, they have invested significantly in improving machinery, projects, training, etc., to further develop the team and business.
Role & Responsibilities:
* Preparation of technical quotations using web-based costing systems, spreadsheet data recording and comparison, telephone calling clients for project updates, CRM system input and updating, and administrative support.
* Administrative duties for the Export Sales Department (document control, literature management, exhibition planning, updating and managing sales records).
* Processing sales-related documentation.
* Estimating export sales inquiries and preparing quotations.
* Answering client queries regarding their inquiries/orders.
* Dealing with any information passed on by the sales team.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
* Experience in a Sales Estimator or Sales Administrator related role.
* Experience in manufacturing environments.
* Strong organizational and decision-making skills are essential.
* Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
