About The Role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Activities Coordinator to join our team at the Salvation Army Housing Association. As an Activities Coordinator, you will play a vital role in providing holistic recovery-focused support to clients with mental health across two of our sites in Exeter and Exmouth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement creative activities and programs to support clients in their recovery journey
* Work collaboratively with the team to provide a supportive and inclusive environment
* Contribute to the development of individualized support plans
* Provide emotional support and guidance to clients
Requirements:
* Experience working with clients with mental health needs
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Passion for creative activities and program development
