This role is ideal for an ambitious FF&E Procurement Coordinator or FF&E Procurement Administrator with proven experience in the Interior Design or Furniture sectors, specifically within the luxury residential market.

Duties:
* Assist procurement managers, interior design teams, and project leads with all procurement-related tasks.
* Act as the main point of contact for suppliers, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
* Organize and manage procurement documentation, including budgets, delivery schedules, and project records.
* Maintain meticulous attention to detail, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of all administrative tasks.
* Use software such as EstiPC, EstiMac, MS Office (especially Excel), and Adobe Suite to manage procurement processes.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
* Take ownership of assigned projects, demonstrating exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in procurement within an Interior Design or Furniture Specialist
* Knowledge of the high-end and luxury residential market.
* Excellent administrative or procurement coordination experience, with strong organizational skills.
* Proficiency in EstiPC, EstiMac, Adobe Suite, and MS Office is beneficial.
* Exceptional attention to detail and confidence managing documentation for multiple projects.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively with suppliers and internal teams.
* A proactive, ambitious approach, eager to take on new challenges and grow in the role.
