The role:
As a Passes and Permits Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for supervising a team of 3 in creating and issuing personnel and vehicle passes to all personnel and visitors.
Responsibilities:
* Issue permanent passes and permits, providing assistance and guidance on the pass application process and issuing temporary passes when required by guardroom staff.
* Control and secure the custody of passes and permits prior to issue, treating blank ID cards as sensitive documents and safeguarding them in accordance with JSP440.
* Carry out completion checks before issuing pass/permit to the recipient, including all relevant security checks following strict GDPR regulations.
* Collate required documentation for the completion of Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) vetting of passes and permits for dependants, contractors, and social personnel.
* Additional administrative responsibilities as required by business demands.
Essential experience:
* Supervisory and team management skills with evidence of team leadership and mentoring.
* Ability to implement processes and policies, with strong planning, organizational, and communication skills.

Security Clearance:
