Regional HR Manager (UK, Europe & AMEA) Cambridgeshire/Bedfordshire – Hybrid/Flexible C.£60,000 basic salary plus Bonus & Benefits Our client, a multi-site, Technology business, has created a new role of Regional HR Manager (UK, Europe & AMEA) to support the Head of HR across the region to help deliver the HR strategy, supporting Regional GMs and Line Managers across the employee lifecycle, both in the UK and Overseas. Leading Performance Management process as well as providing support across various processes and policies for key client groups as well as supporting a variety of HR change projects. This is a true generalist role with responsibility for advisory support across Europe and other regions, where you will be a key member of the HR team and be responsible for analysing key HR data to support the HR strategic plan whilst implementing and enhancing policies and procedures. You will also be responsible for delivery of the employee relations agenda, driving the performance management agenda and succession planning programme across the business unit, as well as supporting commercial HR, Reward and Recruitment solutions which attracts and develops talent, enhances employee engagement and is able to support a fast paced and transforming organisation. This is a role, which allows the opportunity to bring ideas and add value to enhance and drive forward a positive culture. To be considered for this role, you will be an experienced HR Manager with a proven track record of delivering HR solutions and annual HR lifecycle events at an operational level across Europe/AMEA, enabling continuous improvement, ideally for multi-site environments. Commercially astute with experience of change projects and employee relations within a Tech or service environment, you will need the confidence and tenacity to support Managers, with the ability to develop credible relationships across the business.
