* Deliver engaging lessons across the full curriculum to small class sizes.
* Support students in overcoming barriers to learning, ensuring they reach their full potential.
* Create a positive, structured, and nurturing learning environment.
* Work closely with a supportive team to implement strategies that encourage student engagement and progress.
What We’re Looking For:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
* Experience working in alternative provisions, SEN, or with students who have EHCPs is desirable.
* Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students.
* A resilient, patient, and compassionate educator who can adapt their teaching approach to meet the needs of learners.
